Appointment & Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes, things happen that are out of our control. If you have something come up that is going to impact your booking with us, our team is happy to assist you in rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in rescheduling
Pricing & Payments:
All pricing is subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and additional work required.
Excessive soiling, pet hair, or contamination may incur additional charges.
Payments are due in full at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed.
Vehicle Condition & Liability:
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn/damaged trim, or paint defects.
We take the utmost care in handling every vehicle, but customers are encouraged to disclose any sensitive or damaged areas beforehand.
We are not liable for any items left inside the vehicle. Please remove all valuables prior to drop-off.
Warranty & Satisfaction:
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the service performed (e.g., film or coating warranties).
Improper maintenance, weather conditions, or neglect may void certain warranty claims.
Gift Certificates Policy:
All gift certificate sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for monetary value..
Gift certificates are not for resale. Any balance will be voided if resold or transferred without authorization.
Redemption is limited to the original intended recipient and may require identification for verification.
Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or hazardous vehicle conditions.
Use of Photos:
We may take photos of your vehicle before and after service for documentation or promotional purposes. If you prefer we not use these images publicly, please let us know prior to your appointment.
